- Property details you share so we can evaluate your land: county and state, approximate acreage, your asking price, a mail record code if you received a letter from us, and anything else you tell us.
- Basic website analytics: like most websites, we may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect anonymous usage information — pages visited, device type, and general region — to help us improve the site. These tools may set cookies. They do not tell us who you are.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your property and prepare an offer — the reason you gave it to us.
- To evaluate your land using publicly available records alongside what you share.
- To keep simple business records of our conversations and transactions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third-party marketers. We will not spam you.
